Hope is something that every one of us needs to face life. Some people place their hope in their relationships, their jobs, or their possessions. As long as these things stay in tact, so does their hope for life. But when life brings about hurt feelings, hard choices, or unexpected pain, their hope disintegrates. The hope that God gives does not vanish when the storms of life are raging because it is not based upon the circumstances of our lives. And since God is eternal so is the hope that He gives. May you know the hope that God gives. A hope for today and a hope for tomorrow.

After being asked to lead the opening prayer for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Pastor Gerry Stoltzfoos was denied because of his refusal to omit Jesus' name from the prayer.
